College of Medicine||College of Engineering||College of Education||College of Administration and Economics||College of Science||College of Pharmacy||College of Agriculture||College of Law College of Engineering The College of Engineering was established as the seventh college of University of Karbala in 2006 through the new era of our university. Taking advantage of being a part of a comprehensive university, two departments are originated in it which are Civil Department and Mechanics Department. These two departments have many scientific laboratories, workshops and drawing halls The College, which has among its lecturers some of the leading thinkers in their fields, offers a wide range of curriculum at undergraduate and also provides supervision and consulting for students undertaking master research at other universities. The brightest and most innovative academic staff, professors and instructors who teach in the two departments are 28. The college have accepted 52 students for the year 2006-2007 divided on the two departments equally i.e. 26 students for each department.
